Regarding Dogs
Due to the frequency of complaints and negative reviews from customers in respect of dog hygiene, nuisance and safety, the policy of Café Culture is that, with the exception of ‘assistance dogs’, we cannot permit dogs in the Café.

We updated our menu this year due to the Coronavirus crisis. As such many of the menu items mentioned in historic reviews/images on Google review and TripAdvisor are no longer available. Please check our current menu for our range. Our menu can be found in our TripAdvisor images (those uploaded by management) or on our Facebook page.

Fast forward to 2021
In 2021, we decided it was time for a change. When we went into lockdown we took the opportunity to redesign our business model ready for reopening (whenever that would be).
We re-branded, re-decorated and re-freshed, with a new colour scheme, a new airy feel and the new(ish) name—Café Culture @ Inspiration.
But don’t panic, we’re the same people serving the same delicious, proper coffee and freshly prepared food.
Our story
Established in 2005 as Inspiration Café Bar, our family-run café bar and bistro is situated in the heart of Driffield, a small market town in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
In the beginning we took possession of a former 80s style dingy tea room—dark red walls, green carpet, tiny Georgian style windows—that had been closed for a year or so and had been exactly the same thing many times before, going back in history.
We set about ripping out all of that old stuff and created a light, airy, modern, contemporary café bar and bistro which shook and offended the people of Driffield to their very core. We were regularly told, “this won’t catch on” and “you won’t last 6 months.” Sixteen years of Inspiration has shown how wrong they were.
We set ourselves apart with our focus on proper espresso and by providing one of the most comprehensive day-time menus around.
We have been able to serve large numbers of customers in a very reasonable time frame whilst maintaining high quality and the use of fresh ingredients. This was all done with a very limited staff.
What's on the menu
Our passion for espresso has been at the heart of everything we do for the last 16 years. We use only properly ground and extracted espresso in all our coffee drinks so you can enjoy coffee as it’s meant to be.
We offer a range of breakfast and lunch dishes as well as sandwiches, snacks, cakes and scones. Our new monthly specials menu brings a range of specially curated dishes—here for a good time, not a long time!
We use fresh ingredients wherever possible and are able to cater for vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan lifestyles.
We proudly source many of our ingredients locally from our good friends at Rafters Greengrocers, Cammish Butchers and Primepak Foods of Kellythorpe.
